🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and end-user devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and MS Office/Outlook.
Manage Active Directory tasks: account creation, password resets, user profiles.
