Telecom isn’t what it used to be.

We’ve moved into the age of social media take over and AI.

I got into telecommunications because I believed what we were doing was for the betterment of people. Connecting, helping and serving the people.

My values no longer align with the mission so it’s time for me personally to move on .

Thank you for everyone who has followed along and I wish M&D Utility the best as I know it will continue to thrive under the full leadership and control of Daniel Seamster! It’s been a fun journey to go on together!

Sad truth is AI can do any entry level job more efficiently and cost less.

Don’t have to worry about , call outs, missed timelines or emotions.

Even in our smaller operation it has just made it easier.

But what does that say about me as a CEO? I’d choose artificial over human because of overhead cost and efficiency?

Hard decisions are having to be made. Truth is with the way the industry is going work is changing , production does not pay the same, projects are shorter and storms aren’t the cure all anymore.

I see a struggle happening and soon a lot of us including me will be unemployed. AI IS THE BETTER CEO.

What will that do for my personal growth and business nothing but destroy from the inside out.

With the storms in the area remain grateful for the days signal is strong and remember: only 2% of the population have a telecom related job.

We aren’t the power guys, we don’t stick our booms in the air. Not cause it’s a bad idea but have the time our lower controls don’t work.. 😅
