One of the perks of working with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of North Florida is getting the scoop on all the amazing development projects happening in the region. Last month, we celebrated with industry leaders, developers, investors, and decision-makers at the Awards for Excellence. Natalie DeYoung, a partner and VP of PR & Communications here at Wingard, also serves as ULI North Florida's Membership Committee co-chair. Our creative team produced the videos that played throughout the ceremony, honoring the contestants and winners of each category.

Designing an exhibit is a lot like solving a giant, very visual puzzle. 🧩

For the Duval County Supervisor of Elections' "Democracy Starts Here: From Ballots to Belonging" exhibit, our design team started with the pieces: historical content, artifacts, and the stories the exhibit needed to tell. Then we mapped out where each one would live, across walls, a hallway, and even doorways.

Murals, artifact displays, interactive elements, and video all had to fit together to guide visitors from one chapter to the next. 53 feet, showing how democracy starts right here in Duval County, built by the voters, poll workers, and election officials who make it work every day.

Meet our new Project Manager, Hannah!

Hannah is a familiar face at Wingard, beginning her career with us last year as an intern. She gained experience in content development and management with our social media team, and later joined the digital team, adding paid social and Meta campaigns to her growing repertoire.

Today, Hannah applies that foundation to project and traffic management, coordinating work across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay organized from start to finish.
