There have been plenty of growing pains, broken parts, setup mistakes, good decisions, bad decisions, close calls, and nights where we've loaded the car wondering what we could've done differently.

Jacksonville has been a track where we've shown some really good speed this season, including bringing home a Top 5 finish, and every time we go back we seem to learn something new.

🏁🔥 WAKE UP... IT'S RACE DAY! 🔥🏁

After four long weeks away, the black & red #37 is BACK at Jacksonville Speedway tonight!

We're excited for this one.

Jacksonville is our closest racetrack to home, and it's always a place we look forward to getting back to. We're expecting plenty of friends and family tonight, along with some extra help in the pits as we try to put together another strong run!

🔧 We've also got a special addition to the crew tonight!

A big thank you to Scott Mudra for coming along and helping us on the wrenches. Scott has previously crew-chiefed for multiple World of Outlaws drivers, so we're extremely excited to have his experience in our pit tonight and hopefully learn a few things along the way!

Dad and Dalton have also put in a ton of work on the #37 this week getting everything gone through and ready to race. As always, I can't thank those two enough for the hours they continue putting into this car. They give me everything they can every single time we unload — now it's my job to go drive it!

🔥 LAST TIME AT JACKSONVILLE...

Our last visit on July 24th ended with us muscling home a 5th-place finish in a 16-car field!
We started 6th in the feature, raced our way into the Top 5, and managed to hang onto it despite finishing the race with a right-rear tire going flat.
We've continued to learn a lot since then, and tonight we're hoping to pick up right where we left off.

Jacksonville is never the same racetrack twice. Every trip presents a completely different challenge, and that's part of what makes this place so much fun to race.
You have to adapt.
You have to find where the speed is.
And sometimes... you've just got to cowboy up and put it on the cushion. 🤠🔥
We're ready to see what Jacksonville throws at us tonight!

It should be a fast-moving night of racing with only three divisions on the card:

With a smaller program, we're hoping everyone gets an action-packed night of racing while still getting headed home at a reasonable time!

☀️🏁 RACE RECAP – JACKSONVILLE SPEEDWAY 7/24/26 🏁☀️
Jacksonville Speedway

Cameron, thank you again man. If we can keep this going we’re gonna put that 37 in victory lane Cam… I felt you in the cockpit with me again tonight, I hope you smiled watching me bounce through the corners. I miss you man.

NO VIDEO FROM THE FEATURE… everyone go yell at dad 😂!!!!!!

What a night at Jacksonville Speedway! Honestly, this was one of those races that just adds another page to the notebook. We drew a rough pill with a 97, but that put us in a great spot to go get passing points in the heat—and we did exactly that.

🏁 Heat Race: 6th → 3rd
We rolled off 6th in our group (6/6) and knew we had to go to work. The top was absolutely “cowboy up” tonight—lots of traction, lots of speed, and you had to commit. We were able to get rolling, make smart moves, and climb all the way up to 3rd, locking ourselves into the feature with solid passing points. Huge momentum builder early in the night.

🏁 Feature: 6th → 5th
The feature was classic Jacksonville—both ends of the track had their own character, holes, and spots that would upset the car if you weren’t careful. We started 6th and immediately went to work on the top. I was able to get around Evan Turner to move into 5th, and we had a little contact down the backstretch as we raced hard for position—he came up the track as I was going by, just hard racing all around.

From there, it was survival and aggression mixed together. We had to run the top all night due to lack of speed on the bottom, but the FK shocks let me really lean on the cushion and carry momentum. We also made a big change before the feature—dad bolted in a 7.00 gear (our biggest gear) and it completely woke the car up with corner speed and straightaway drive. Huge call.

With about 5 laps to go, I picked up a flat right rear that slowly went down as the race went on. I had to nurse it home flat to the rim, but we still held on for a 5th place finish.

And I can’t even count how many restarts we had… but every single one I felt like I was about to make a move on the 21 or the 55. We just needed a few more green flag laps. Too many yellows tonight to really let it all play out.

📈 Back-to-back weeks of 17+ car fields… and back-to-back TOP 5s!

That’s something I’m really proud of. This was only our 9th race in the car, and to be running up front in fields like this already is something special. We’ve beaten some really strong cars the last two weeks, and we’re still just a couple spots away from podiums—and a few more from a win.

I truly believe we’re capable of winning a race this year.

I’m proud of myself, I’m proud of my dad for the calls he’s making, and I’m beyond thankful for every partner that’s helping make this possible. Tonight we even got to run in front of Douglas Automotive & Tire Care, and it was Brenton’s first dirt track race—safe to say we put on a show for him!

We also finally sold some shirts tonight, had a ton of people stop by, and got nothing but positive feedback all night long. The support lately has been unreal.

We’ve got a wedding tomorrow, so we will NOT be at 34 Raceway—family first—but I’m still chasing a top 10 in points there this season.

August 1st – West Burlington, Iowa (34 Raceway)
Time to regroup, tear the car down, and get everything dialed for a track I really love.

Jacksonville Speedway 7/24/26

Second top 5 in a row with 4th last race at Quincy Raceways
Third top 10 in a row with a 9th place finish at Lincoln Speedway

Dad missed the button so i threw in some clips from Dv for the feature. We had too low of a gear for the heat race and you could hear it, but when we changed to a 7.00 we had more speed in the feature. Disappointed we dont have footage from in car, but we have some from the night!

☀️🏁 WAKE UP... IT'S RACE DAY! 🏁☀️

It's finally Friday, and we're headed back to one of our favorite local tracks...

We're excited to get back to Jacksonville tonight after our last visit on June 19th ended with just five laps to go in the feature before a throttle linkage failure ended our night early.

🌦️ The weather is looking a little questionable, so let's all say a prayer that the rain stays away! If Mother Nature cooperates, it should be a beautiful night for racing with temperatures around 70° by the time the heat races roll onto the track. You might even want to bring a hoodie!
