URGENT IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PROPRESENTER USERS RUNNING ON WINDOWS! Please read the following information from Renewed Vision regarding ProPresenter:

At midnight on the morning of December 7th, ProPresenter for Windows versions 7.14 and higher ceased to function. This was due to a series of unfortunate events involving code-signing certificates and anti-piracy measures that were put in the code years ago that worked as it should, but with a flaw that has now resulted in these Windows applications ceasing to function, with no easy workaround.

When we became aware of the problem on the evening of December 6th, our team immediately started work on identifying the problem and seeking remediation to get our customers up and running quickly.

The net result of this quick solution is that we are forced to release versions of the software that are not code-signed. Code-signing is a security process used to verify the authenticity and integrity of software or code. This is a temporary fix to the issue while we work on a more permanent solution. This means when you launch the software you may be warned that the application is not secure. Otherwise ProPresenter is fully functional.We are in the process of building non code-signed versions of ProPresenter versions 7.14 and newer, prioritizing the more recent and most commonly used releases.

These builds will take some time but will be posted to our support page (below) as they are available. You will need only download the installer and run it as you normally would.

We are understandably embarrassed by this situation and deeply regret the impact it might have on the trust we try to earn from our customers. Our commitment is to do everything in our power to get your productions back up and running and to be as transparent as possible with regular updates as we have them.
