✨Why is JXN Tech District even a thing though?✨

JXN Tech District is a new real estate development founded by Jackson, MS native Dr. Nashlie Sephus () because she has a vision of Mississippi being a state that’s known for its technological innovations.

Dr. Nashlie wants to bring all the technology she’s acquired from her career back to her hometown.

She knows there are more techies out there that just need the opportunity to learn and grow in technology, and JXN Tech District will be the place to do that for the entire State.

Our main goal is to fuse STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) with our community!

To date, Dr. Nashlie has purchased 14+ acres of land and has founded nonprofit for ALL individuals and small businesses in Jackson and Mississippi to have a more technology-rich future💻🖤

From her humble beginnings to now, she continues to stay consistent in pursuing her goals (and she really knows how to crack the whip to help us all stay on track😅)

In September 2020, Dr. Nashlie purchased 12+ acres of land that include both sides of N Gallatin St. She founded in October 2018 which offers FREE tech help to ALL individuals and small businesses in Jackson and Mississippi.

Her main purpose for purchasing real estate in the heart of Jackson was to expand the reach of The Bean Path. Nice, right!
