Virtual AI assistants can help answer calls and gather the right information the moment they come in.

How we created ours as a failover without replacing the human side of support.

We’ve built ours to handle low level IT and VoIP issues right away.

If a live technician isn't available, the call is transferred to the AI Virtual Assistant.

Often, the AI can assist and fix the issue right then. If a ticket is needed, the AI gathers the right info and creates the ticket automatically.

If not, the caller is told exactly what’s happening, the ticket is created, and a real person follows up.
