Employees are already using AI. The bigger question is whether they’re using your approved AI—or quietly turning to their own tools without clear policies or guardrails. In fact, among Grace Hill clients who have added an AI usage policy, only 8% have actually assigned it to their teams.

So, in the words of Mean Girls: “Stop trying to make fetch happen.”
