The Habittack

The Habittack is a mobile application that uses a friendly competition to help you reach your goals!

Every time I set out to achieve one of my goals, it was always a hundred times easier to reach my goal when I had a friend who was by my side the entire time. They helped me stay focused on the goal when my laziness got the better of me. One summer in college, I made the goal of getting in shape by hitting the gym at least three times per week. But with work, school, and other college shenanigans,

I never got around to going to the gym. The small slip ups on the journey to our goal are what often kill our dream. That all changed when another friend of mine joined in on my goal. When I would “accidentally” turn off my alarm to work out in the morning, I would be woken up by someone knocking on my door. Throughout that summer, we both held one another accountable and by the end of the summer we were blessed with bodies hand sculpted by Zeus himself (not really, but we were quite toned). When we had someone there pushing us, hitting our goals and creating good habits were easy. But as we move forward in our lives, kids, school, and work often get in the way. That is why I created The Habittack so even when your friend physically cannot be there with you, they can virtually be there every step of the way.
