This week’s Employee Spotlight is Kelly Bachmann!

She is the Human Resources Manager and Office Manager at MartinCSI and has been with the company for three and a half years. She started as a Project Coordinator and transitioned to HR/Office Manager within her first year when the previous manager retired.

Kelly earned a BA in Communications from The Ohio State University and spent more than seven years as a Sales Manager at Macy’s, managing teams across three stores. During that time, she developed a passion for advocating for employees and customers and discovered her love of organization. When she interviewed for her current role and saw the Core Values wall, she knew the company’s culture was exactly what she had been looking for.

The most rewarding part of Kelly’s role is fostering a great workplace culture and being the “Human” in Human Resources. She enjoys listening to employees’ concerns and ideas, connecting them with the right people, and celebrating their successes and supporting them through difficult times.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys gardening, reading, playing piano, and cooking. She and her boyfriend have two dogs, Bailey and Banner.

Most consultants will tell you what you want to hear.

We'd rather tell you what you need to hear.

When a manufacturer brings us in to evaluate systems, integrations, or a digital transformation roadmap, we lead that conversation. As Mike Manzi says here, we've been in that fight many times before.

You can try to run it yourself. But there's a real difference between learning the lessons on your own project and bringing in people who have already learned them on dozens of others.

Here's how we show up:

> We aren't there to push a platform. We're there to find the right fit for how you actually operate.
> Process experts first. Technology only works when it matches the process underneath it.
> Technology experts second. Once the process is clear, we make sure the solution is built to support it rather than work against it.

What a week!

It's hard to believe that the 2026 Inductive Automation ICC event is already over.

We had a blast attending, presenting in the Discovery Gallery, receiving a Firebrand Award (Todd Ebright), getting of the SCADA Arcade leaderboard, and just learning and absorbing all the good things that happened.

It's remarkable to see the community that Inductive has cultivated. This event does a great job of shining a light on the insane amount of goodwill and love of the product that exists in the industry.

We can't wait for next year! Thanks to Inductive Automation for having us!!

We won a Firebrand Award from Inductive Automation at this year's ICC event!

The award was based on a project for IGS Energy that is a deployed, Ignition-based centralized data and monitoring platform across multiple Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) digester sites as well as a central injection facility. It unifies production data from diverse vendor systems into a single, scalable architecture, enabling real-time visibility, standardized reporting, and rapid expansion to bring new sites online.

The innovative project was reviewed by Inductive Automation’s technical evaluation committee and selected for the ICC 2026 Discover Gallery.

Congratulations to Todd Ebright, the lead engineer on this project!

Another fun fact is that Todd won a Firebrand award exactly 10 years ago!! What a full circle moment!

One of our favorite parts of this year is talking about our project that is featured in the Discovery Gallery at the event!

Ignition was kind enough to feature this project that is a deployed, Ignition-based centralized data and monitoring platform across multiple Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) digester sites as well as a central injection facility for IGS Energy. It unifies production data from diverse vendor systems into a single, scalable architecture, enabling real-time visibility, standardized reporting, and rapid expansion to bring new sites online.

At its core, the solution supports a renewable energy process that helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions by capturing and converting organic waste into usable fuel, turning what would otherwise be emissions into a productive energy source.

By replacing manual, siloed workflows with a scalable, automated architecture, the platform helps make cleaner energy operations more efficient, reliable, and easier to expand as demand grows.

It's been a blast to staff this table and talk about the project!
