As an innovative company, we are constantly introducing new solutions to meet our customer demands and develop new applications to support their future needs.
One of our clients, in Africa, wanted to have a mobile biometric enrollment and verification system, to complement their desktop biometric enrollment system, so that they bring their provide secure credentials to their citizens living in remote locations in the country. Using our expertise in biometric enrollment, we had to identity a device that could be adapted in becoming a biometric enrollment and verification system and be able to save the information on a secure credential or on the cloud with the utmost security and being cost effective. We were able to introduce it, to our customer, for their remote location biometric enrollment needs. This accomplishment has really assist CardLogix in providing a unique mobile biometric solution that is both cost effective and very efficient to the customer needs. Matching the BIOSID with our C series smart card, the customer now as a very cost effective solution to produce and deploy secure credentials with the highest memory to include the users biometrics information (10 fingerprints, 2 iris, face, signature, and personal data). However, the challenge is in promoting our capabilities and reach out to global integrators to understand our capabilities have been very challenging. We have presented at trade shows (ConnectID, ID4Africa, etc..), online presence with social posting (facebook, linkedin, twitter, etc..), online marketing tools (google analytics, advertisements, etc...), we are still having difficulties in reaching the proper audience and demonstrating our capabilities especially during this pandemic situation where travels and personal demonstration (which really demonstrate our instant deployment capabilities) assist the customer in realizing the benefits of our system versus our competitors.
This grant, if awarded, would truly be a game changer for us. We would invest in expending our video production of all of our IDBX (ID in a Box) and BIOSID (BIOmetric Smart ID) offerings to demonstrate, the easiness of our solutions, how they integrate with each other and for our clients to be able to have their own demonstration with our dedicated demo kits that would be paired to the videos. We wouldn't need to travel or present live our solutions since they would now have, in a box, a complete demonstration solution for them to test and deploy. No companies in our field has ever developed this type of solution and demonstration kit. We believe this could be a game changer and this grant would allow us to produce the video, include all of the hardware and software needed, put the components into a travel container for secure transportation and provide it to our customers for their own, on site demo, in any regions of the world.
