Wynne User Summit 2026 is officially in the books.

Our final day looked at what comes next across rental and construction operations. Re-Rentals Direct showed how RentalResult and RentalMan connect to remove re-keying and manual handoffs. Our logistics sessions focused on simplifying driver workflows without giving up visibility or documentation. And our training workshop tackled how to build role-based programs that stay repeatable and sustainable as teams and technology change.

We closed with a forward-looking roundtable on AI in rental and construction: where it is already in use, where it could make a real operational impact, how much autonomy teams are ready to give it, and where human oversight still matters.

Now comes the important part: putting the ideas and lessons from this week into practice.

Day one of Wynne User Summit 2026 brought a full lineup of sessions, insights, and conversations.

Kamber Parker Bowden opened the day with a keynote on what it takes to lead through workforce change, from bridging generations and transferring institutional knowledge to helping teams actually adopt the technology and processes reshaping how they work.

From there, conversations explored what is shaping rental and construction operations today. HERE looked at the future of location intelligence, routing automation, and AI, while Entrinsik shared ways teams can get more from Reporter and their data.

Our Platinum Sponsor, Meridian IT, also joined us to discuss the technology and infrastructure helping power the future of equipment rental, including security, data protection, uptime, and next-generation workflows.

Some of the best conversations happened around the tables, where RentalMan and RentalResult customers compared real-world workflows, challenges, metrics, and ideas with each other.

We kicked off User Summit 2026 with a little friendly competition. 🏁

Last night, our attendees traded the conference room for the racetrack at the NASCAR Hall of Fame for our NASCAR Challenge. The competition was fierce, the camaraderie even better, and the networking kept going long after the final lap.

🏆 Racing Simulators: Sonoma Raceway 09, 30.692 top-three average

It was the perfect backdrop for a night like this, and a great way to start the Summit and spend time together outside of the sessions.

The racing was just the warm-up. We're now officially underway with a full day of conversations, product sessions, customer insights, and our keynote!
