Wish this was an April fools joke, but it's not. Both locations are officially closed after 12yrs in business. We are proud to have switched thousands of smokers to a safer alternative. If we have saved one person from smoking related cancer then it was worth it. I have to give credit to all of my staff. They are the heroes in this story. I can't thank you enough.
Regulation in our industry has taken it's toll. We refuse to sell ci******es just to make money. It was never about the money. In case you were not aware, Kentucky's flavor ban went into effect Jan 1st 2026. Only FDA approved products can be sold. 34 products total belonging to Jull (who started this mess) and Phillip Morris (big to***co). Enforcement starts April 1st. We couldn't weather the astronomical fines if we stayed open.
Why not keep Ironton open? DeWine has had his eyes on a flavor ban and WV is doubling down on their v**e tax. Honestly we're tired. We've said from day 1 that this day would come if our customers didn't fight with us. Hardly anyone did. Thank you to those OG's that did. You know who you are. I honestly hope things change and v**e is saved. Whatever you do don't go back to ci******es. Find a new shop. If your mad then contact your state reps who passed this ban.
It's been a privilege to serve the Tri-State. Thank you.
