Dear past and future customers,

Thank you so much for all your support and business the last four years in Iowa City. I have met a ton of great people and businesses during my time here.

As many of you know, I am finishing up my last year of college at The University of Iowa. I will be graduating December 2013 and will receive my BA in Art. (Surprising it’s not Computer Science. Right?)

After graduating, the next chapter in my life will take me out to the west coast where I will be moving to Huntington Beach, California.

Due to the upcoming holidays, graduation, and a cross country move, I will no longer be servicing devices in Iowa City as of today. Phone calls, voicemails, and emails regarding repair of a device will not be answered/returned.

Depending on certain circumstances, I may re-open the first quarter of 2014 in Huntington Beach, California. This means you will be able to ship devices to me if interested.

I am still very far behind on catching up with customers who have contacted me. I can not apologize enough. Along with operating my iPhone repair business, I also run a printmaking side job. I have been out of my office most of this past week printing hundreds of shirts for a local Iowa City company, Widespread Threads. They are a clothing company that gives back to the community, children in need, and to charities. I am currently on my way to Boone, IA with the Widespread Thread crew to give out these shirts I printed to many kids! Sorry again for not getting back to my phone calls or emails.
