Because it has never seen your brand. So it guesses. It picks a blue you would never use and a font that is not yours. Then you spend half an hour fixing it. And you do it all again on the next project.

One of my members won't let clients into his Claude account.

In a recent coaching session, Andrew, a member of my coaching program, said it out loud: "it's my Claude account, I don't want people in my Claude account."

So I showed him what I would do. "I would set up a team account. For each client, even if they never had access to it," and connect that client's account to it.

Then you can make content for them without ever logging into their tools.

No blank chat. No re-explaining their brand for the third time this week. Each client keeps their own space, and their own limits.

So I did it my way, and in a recent coaching session I showed my members how. I told Claude what I wanted, had it show me the plan, and approved it before it built anything.

Working plugin. I never read a line of code.

That's where Develop Like A Girl came from. I told them, "we do things different. We are not developers," and we don't have to be.

Some people will never want to learn AI. They're your best clients.

In a recent coaching session, Martina, a member of my coaching program, brought up how many people her age are intimidated by AI, or even hate it.

Here's what I said back: "If you don't. Then you are the customer that we want to serve. Because you don't have to."

Go do the thing you love. We'll do this part, because we love this part.

That's what your clients pay you for. Not the tool. The fact that you took the time to learn it.

"Everybody wants to code like a girl."

In a recent coaching session, Lynne, a member of my coaching program, said that out loud. My answer: who needs to read code? That's the old way of building.

Here is what I showed them instead: every skill you build lives in one place, so you update it once and it updates everywhere. A client changing an offer no longer eats your afternoon.
