Verasoft is making the health and well-being of our global staff, clients and partners our top priority. As the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the world, we want to share an update on technologies we are expediting to help our clients operate with social distancing and a touch-free experience.
We will be applying appropriate advancements across our broad product line. Below is an example of the enhancements that are available in our KORVUE brand of technologies:
1. The KORVUE XL Online Client Portal will now allow Client Forms, such as Health History, Intake, and Consents, to be completed and signed in private on the client’s computer. KORVUE users can easily have their clients review and sign special COVID-19 instructions. KORVUE’s advanced form system automatically assigns the required forms and makes them available to the clients electronically, which removes human error from the process. The associated KORVUE Compliance Dashboard allows management to review the required forms and ensure they were properly executed, in turn reducing liability.
2. The KORVUE Check-In App that allows clients to complete forms using a tablet in the Reception Area, now supports remote-form QR Codes and Text Messaging. These features will enable clients to complete and sign the required forms on their own smartphones, eliminating the need to touch a 3rd party tablet or even pen & paper.
3. The KORVUE Provider App used by service providers to assist clients in filling out forms will also support remote-form QR Codes and Text Messaging. Like the Check-In App, these features will enable clients to complete and sign forms on their smartphones.
4. The KORVUE Mobile App will also see changes. A new Arrival button will be visible to the client. Once clicked, the Front Desk will be alerted and automated instructions will be shown on the client’s smartphone. An example message would pertain to a client staying in their car until the provider is ready to begin the appointment, thus embracing social distancing.
5. The KORVUE Appointment Dashboard will now support an updated Arrival Status. If a Client calls the Front Desk to let them know they have arrived, using this status will invoke automated instructions sent by text message to client’s mobile phone.
6. Combining the KORVUE POS with the KORVUE Mobile App, clients will now be able to pay using their Mobile App. A simple action by the Front Desk allows the client to pay from their app without waiting in line. This function can also support gratuity. Client’s transaction and signature are electronically stored in the KORVUE system, even though the action took place on the Mobile App.
These are just some of the ways Verasoft is helping our clients adapt to changing conditions in these uncertain times.
