One year in, and already bringing a perspective CGS is better for having — happy work anniversary, Alivia White! 🎉

Alivia joined CGS as a GIS Application Specialist with a background that spans environmental science, computer science, and data analytics — and that interdisciplinary foundation shows in her work. She's applied geospatial tools across public works, utilities, transportation, ecology, and sustainability, and her experience as a NASA DEVELOP research intern adds a dimension few GIS professionals at any level can claim.

With certifications in ArcGIS Pro and GIS Fundamentals, expertise in R and Google Earth Engine, and a fresh B.S. in Environmental Science and Computing from Taylor University, Alivia represents exactly the kind of next-generation GIS talent that's pushing this field forward.

David is one of those rare GIS professionals who operates at every layer of the stack. As a Technical Manager and Solution Architect, he brings deep command of ArcGIS Enterprise, FME Form/Flow, VertiGIS Studio, Esri Roads & Highways, Oracle Spatial, and Microsoft SQL — and he's earned the certifications to back it up, including Esri Enterprise Administration Professional and Certified FME Flow Professional.

Matt joined CGS as a GIS Specialist and has quickly established himself as someone who can do it all — from GIS analysis and application development to workflow automation and system implementation. His technical range is impressive: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder, Velocity, Arcade, Python, R — and he brings that depth directly to client work across government, transportation, and utilities.
