In 1997 we built and installed the University Heights city sign. The sign has been an icon of the neighborhood for almost 30 years now. University Heights Community Association (UHCA) shared some amazing photos from the installation in March of 1997. This year we had the opportunity to replace all the neon for the letters and some of the border units as well. As part of the repair we had to replace some of the transformers, all of which are original from the 90s. The sign is still running on some of the original transformers which is incredible.

We love preserving neon signs especially the ones we build. Almost 30 years ago we built and installed this sign in University Heights in San Diego. All these years later it’s amazing to see the appreciation and care of the community.

A sign doesn’t have to go completely dark to need service.

Modern illuminated signs often contain multiple LED modules. When individual modules have problems, you may start seeing dark spots or uneven illumination.

Our YESCO Idaho Falls team recently serviced U-Haul in Ammon, addressing an outage in the U-HAUL building letters and the propane cabinet signage, along with touch-up work on the sign poles.

Keeping the whole sign system maintained helps create a consistent experience across the property.

We built the iconic Coachman’s sign in Salt Lake City in the 1970s. In 2021, the restaurant closed, and the future of the sign became uncertain. We were honored when Liberty Wells Community Council came to us with a plan to save the sign. With the help of the community, enough money was raised to remove and store the sign until a new home can be found. The community is actively looking for a new home to put the sign in Salt Lake if anyone has any ideas..
