𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫

This past weekend I packed up my tent and gear and decided to enjoy a perfect southwestern Pennsylvania weekend at a state park.

The original plan was to take AC200L for all my power needs but a friend had a electrical issue and was worried about his food spoiling so I loaned out AC200 and two PV200 panels for his needs. I took my tried and true absolute favorite AC180.

AC180 flawlessly performed yet again!
Running my cpap, charging two iPhones and two Apple Watches, charging GoPro batteries, charged my drone batteries, recharged the string lights both nights, and even powered the lights built into my tent.

Heck I even recharged the little Jackery I use to take star trail photos. Everyone in the campground loop came to see what was powering our campsite after seeing the PV200 I took outside of our tent. I spent most of Sarurday giving demonstrations and answering questions. My wife says I was in my absolute glory talking about Bluetti. lol.

Many of my fellow campers said they were going to look into Bluetti for their camping needs. Our neighbor was very interested in AC200L for his camper after I told him about it. I couldn't ask for a better weekend. I hiked, camped, fished, flew my drone, and talked Bluetti.

An aspect of usability that doesn't make the box, or 'spec sheet' is the reliability of the information the Bluettis track for us..

Like the little person in the fridge who conscientiously turns the light bulb on every time we open the door - this is a service always being done that we may take for granted.

Last night, having charged both Bluetti power stations to north of 90% via solar, through the day, I rebalanced my loads to aim for closer to equivalent run times...

The balancing was done by having learned my appliances ACTUAL power draws, via this Bluetti app and/or the on screen displays.

After a week tracking my devices fuel consumption consistency (learning about their respective power draws); last night I went to bed fully confident in waking up to
"30%+ power as my StateofCharge (SoC).

One station runs a few home hifi sources (like an Oppo Bluray player/Panasonic recorder/ DACs and DAP), a home stereo amplifier (low music level), with standy power to a 55" TV and gaming consoles.

I added an ancient laptop that eats power ten times more than 'modern parts' to upload 100 gigabytes of videos while I slept…

The other Bluetti charged my phone, acting as a 5G modem, which drains quickly when moving 4Megabytes per second+ data.
(>40megabit)

More importanly is the cheap fridge it runs, which certainly WAS NOT BOUGHT for its power efficiency (It was the cheapest by a country mile).

Also a large fan and humidifier as a constant load all night...

Quarter past six (am/'morning) now; about to get on with making coffees, and both power stations have ~a third of their power capacity to give.

That is enough for four rounds of cappacinos

(8) for the missus and I, before beginning our solar intake for the day.

It isnt about the overhead, it is about going to sleep knowing my aroceries will remain fresh and the family happy because our comfort devices can work around the clock.

The knowledge that has been gained, due to Bluetti feedback: I can plan ahead easily!

𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫

This is my 3 week build, a 2016 Renault Trafic LWB, all powered by a AC180. I know it's only a medium sized battery however my camper is pretty simple, it doesn't have a fridge and it's water supply is a little rechargable tap that has about 6 hours of run time.

The AC180 allows me to use my kettle, toaster, run some LED lights in the evening and power my projector on the evening. My current set up includes 200w solar panels which I'm incredibly impressed with (AVG. 120W-160W with this lucky UK spring sun we're getting).

My plan is to use campsites every other night when travelling so I will only ever fully rely on the AC180 for just over 24 hours, plus I have a gas kettle to help save power when needed.

Yes I would love to upgrade to a bigger battery and upgrade the van in the future however right now I'm focusing on saving for the DC to DC charger to really gain the most free power I can so l can wild camp for longer. Hope you like it and any tips are greatly appreciated!

Hi friends. Sharing some progress!

I started this build for my home this past summer and have been slowly working on it with family as much as possible to save on installation costs as weather & finances permit. (See pics)

Mainly need to complete the second solar rack and I'll be producing just about as much solar as the 2x AC500s' + individual B300s battery inputs can handle.

I'm now thinking ahead and wondering if there is any possibility of adding more batteries than 12 (6 per AC500) in case I want to expand even further eventually.

I also plan to grid tie sometime after completion so l'm thinking I'll need to put that inverter in front of the Bluetti system and once the Bluetti batteries are full, excess power will be sold & gain power credit as it is in my area.

I'm no genius but l've thought and planned the build as best as possible.

If you have any comments/tips l'd be glad to hear them... especially concerning the future grid tie config options & more battery expandability options.

So far the system is working excellent & my monthly electric bill went from average $200
per month to now $30 or less. There are 2 things I wish the hardware & software of this Bluetti system could do better & perhaps they've remedied these in newer systems.
