"I wanted something as one-of-a-kind as his career."

When the Stille Family reached out, they didn't just want a gift. They wanted something that MEANT something.

So I got to work. 💙

Layered birch. Laser-etched details. Every insignia placed with intention. Because this man gave YEARS of his life in service, and a generic plaque from a big-box store just wasn't going to cut it.

When they saw the finished piece, Mrs. Stille said: "Felicia nailed every detail."

THIS is why I do what I do.

If you have a service member in your life worth honoring (and trust me, they all are), let's create something together that they'll display with PRIDE for the rest of their life.

LOOK at this detail right here. 👀

This Staff Sergeant plaque just LEFT the studio and I am still not over it.

Layered birch plywood. Epoxy gloss. Laser-cut E5 chevrons on the palm rests. A deep blue screen panel with "Fair Winds & Following Seas" because this Marine EARNED every single word of that send-off.

I hand-built every layer of this piece myself. Because that's what this community deserves. Not a mass-produced box store gift. A ONE-OF-A-KIND tribute made by a fellow Marine who actually gets it. 🎖️

If you've got a retirement, promotion, or milestone coming up. Let's build something that honors them the RIGHT way.

Built for Marines. Crafted by one.

Every detail on this plaque? Designed and made by me, a USMC vet with the license to prove it. Real wood, real heart, no mass production here.

This is what a one-woman studio looks like. 🎨

Design ideas hit me EVERYWHERE. The car, the grocery line, 2am.

Because every plaque I make starts long before I touch the birch wood. It starts with a vision I can't stop thinking about until it's real.

I design it. I build it. I finish it. Just me.
