Phenix Salon Suites📍Bellaire is where I took the leap and built Bunmi Hintz| Houston TX Hairstylist 🇳🇬 from the ground up. It’s where I learned what it meant to be a business owner, created some of my favorite transformations, and welcomed clients into a space that truly felt like home.

One of the best things I learned while working at Houston Hair Salon | Studio A Salon was the power of branding.

When my solo career was at its peak, I made branding a priority. I wanted clients to find me online and instantly get a feel for who I was, my work, and the experience they could expect before they ever booked.

Well… here’s the recap from my first official salon suite launch with MODU Salon Suites . Walking away from this event, one thing really stuck with me. If I can help even one artist build their brand, market themselves better, or make running their business feel a little less overwhelming, then I’ve done my job.

That’s honestly my favorite part of working with Booksy. It isn’t about making a sale for me. It’s about giving artists a tool that actually makes life easier so they can spend more time doing what they love and less time stressing over the business side of things.

The best part of every event is getting to hear everyone’s story. Every artist has a different journey, a different reason they started, and a different dream they’re chasing. I love figuring out where I can step in and help them get there.

And I have to brag on my girl Tamika, owner of MODU Salon Suites. She is exactly the kind of person I want to be surrounded by. Every conversation with her is about lifting people up, creating opportunities, and helping others win. That kind of energy is contagious. Thank you for trusting me and my Booksy team to be part of your community. I can’t wait to see everything you continue to build.

Tomorrow’s the big day; my first salon suites launch party with the amazing artists at Modu Salon Suites!

One thing I always want people to know is that my job isn’t just to make a sale. My goal is to help suite owners and their artists grow. From getting found on Google to bringing in new clients and taking the stress out of running a business, Booksy gives artists the tools they need to spend more time doing what they love.
