There is a specific kind of loneliness that comes with leaving a corporate career at the top of your game.
It's not just the loss of the title or the team.
It's sitting in front of Canva at 10 PM trying to figure out why your Instagram post isn't reaching anyone.
It's not wanting to admit to people in your former world that you're struggling with something a 22-year-old seems to do effortlessly.
It's Googling 'how to build brand visibility' and getting 47 different answers that contradict each other.
You led organizations. You made decisions that moved markets. You are not someone who struggles with hard things.
But digital marketing for your own business, from scratch, for the first time, without a team, is a different kind of hard.
And trying to figure it out alone, from sources that weren't built for you, is one of the most unnecessary things I watch accomplished women put themselves through.
There is a system for this. There is a community of women at your level who are figuring it out together. And neither requires you to start from scratch or spend years piecing it together.
Episode 11 of The LAUNCH Pad Podcast is a real conversation about exactly this. Click here to listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oo2dQ2w7Xjg
