Madhukar brings deep experience scaling revenue, operations, and customer organizations across process automation, connected machinery, and SaaS. His career spans leadership roles at Fortune 250 and S&P 500 industrial leader Parker Hannifin, global instrumentation supplier Endress+Hauser, and high-growth start-ups including Checkr and, most recently, Sardine AI (an a16z and Activant portfolio company) in the fraud and compliance space — where Madhukar built high-performing teams, expanded major enterprise accounts, and scaled revenue across global markets.

With a rare combination of energy and industrial asset expertise alongside a strong background in cloud, AI, and SaaS, Madhukar's customer-first approach will help expand Mechademy's global footprint and accelerate growth. The momentum continues as we welcome Vishnu Swaroop to the engineering team! 👏

Vishnu brings a strong background in backend and full-stack software engineering, with experience building scalable APIs, distributed data pipelines, and production AI systems. Most recently at Lune, he developed agentic AI data pipelines and distributed systems on AWS and Kubernetes. His previous experience includes Gryn and ORUPhones, where he served as a founding engineer and helped take the platform from concept to production.

With expertise spanning distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, AI/LLMs, and system design, Vishnu brings both technical depth and a problem-solving mindset to the team. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to what we’ll build together! ⚙️✨
