Saturday, June 15 at 10 a.m.
Steve Knis will discuss features of Android and how to make it work well for your personal needs. If the name of your device starts with an “i”, you are welcome to come and see how the “other side” works.
Android is a Linux-based operating system designed primarily for touchscreen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers.

HAL-PC is pleased to announce the return of it's Education program. The inaugural class, "An Introduction to Free Software", by Kojo Idrissa, will be held at HAL-PC headquarters this Saturday, April 20th from 2-4pm. Like the best things in life, this class will be free, as in "no money required".

Free software is software users can download legally and free of charge. It can be used to perform many of the tasks you'd normally have to pay hundreds of dollars for. This includes word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics and more.

How can Free software help you out of a bind, help you land a job or start a new career? Find out Saturday, April 20th from 2-4pm at HAL-PC.
