This month, we're celebrating Jeff Ritter, our Chief Information Officer, as Sibme Shines Employee of the Month. His colleagues recognized him for Collaboration, Innovation, and Accountability, and his work shows up everywhere at Sibme.
Jeff builds for the people who use Sibme. He developed our new Observations Help Articles, supported the team at TIA, and steps in wherever he's needed.
With customers, he has a rare gift: he makes complex, technical topics clear. He answers every question with care, and people leave the conversation informed and confident.
