I did it again and this time it has grilled sweet potatoes, bell peppers from my garden, Portabella mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash, cheddar cheese, 16 eggs and a cup of whipping cream! I love this frittata and I put sliced tomatoes on top sprinkled with cayenne pepper and all the vegetables are seasoned with Sazon But you can buy in a very large container at H-E-B.
