If we want strong leaders and professionals tomorrow, we have to invest in them today.

Nicole Gavin and Andrew Rodriguez recently spent time with students at the GPISD Freshmen Leadership Development Competition at Dubiski Career High School, helping them practice interviewing, networking, and professional communication.

None of us started our careers knowing exactly what we were doing. Someone took the time to teach us, encourage us, and help us grow.

Proud of Nicole and Andrew for passing that investment on to the next generation.

What a great evening with the community!

The Pref-Tech Dallas team was proud to participate in the annual National Night Out hosted by the DART Police Department on Tuesday. Visitors stopped by our table to learn more about how we help secure communities and explore our security demonstration van, and pick up some Pref-Tech giveaways.

We appreciate the DART Police Department for hosting such a positive event and giving local organizations the opportunity to connect with the people they serve. Thanks to everyone who came by to say hello!

A productive week with our local Sales and Operations teams as they gathered for their quarterlies.

We talked strategy, worked through the Hot Seat and difficult discussions, and looked at ways to put our latest Innovation Team results to work for our customers.

And Houston brought the laughs by dressing like their Sales Manager for the quarterly.

Good work and a little fun along the way.
