YOUR PROPERTY DOESN’T END WHERE YOUR CAMERAS END.
NEITHER SHOULD YOUR SECURITY.

MODMEDIA SYSTEMS is taking large property surveillance to the next level.

AUTONOMOUS AERIAL SURVEILLANCE.

Built for luxury estates, private compounds, ranches, farms, and large-acreage properties where traditional cameras simply can’t see everything.

Imagine your security system detecting movement at a remote gate, fence line, structure, or perimeter and adding eyes in the sky to investigate.

Autonomous patrol routes.
Live aerial surveillance.
Thermal & night monitoring.
AI-assisted detection and tracking.
Perimeter and acreage monitoring.
Automated docking and charging.
Integration with cameras, gates, access control, and property automation.

For a 50, 100, 500 or 1,000+ acre property, security isn’t just about adding more cameras.

It’s about designing an intelligent security ecosystem that can see beyond them.

Not another camera.
Not another app.
Not another disconnected system.

ONE PROPERTY.
ONE INTELLIGENT ECOSYSTEM.
GROUND TO SKY.

We don’t simply install technology.
We design how the entire property thinks.

This is what real theater construction looks like.

Not a “media room.”
Not a bonus space with speakers in the ceiling.

A purpose-built environment.

✔️ Floating floor assembly
✔️ Decoupled ceiling structure
✔️ Multi-layer wall isolation
✔️ Dense mineral wool insulation
✔️ Engineered stud framing
✔️ Dedicated, cooled equipment room

When you engineer the structure correctly, everything else performs better — audio clarity, bass control, vibration isolation, HVAC noise management.

Luxury home theater isn’t about adding gear.
It’s about building the room properly from the ground up.

At MODMEDIA Systems, we design and integrate spaces where performance is intentional — not accidental.

Precision matters.

At MODMEDIA SYSTEMS, we build technology ecosystems that scale to any project, any room, any size without losing performance, clarity, or control.

Whether it’s a studio, a theater room, a luxury estate, or a commercial space, the mission is the same:
make everything work as one intelligent environment.

No off the shelf packages.
No shortcuts.
Just precision integration built for Houston and engineered to grow with you.

Big or small, we can design and integrate it all.

MODMEDIA SYSTEMS, wasn’t born to fit in, it was built to lead.
2025, we raise the bar again.

In a world full of installers, we are designers.
In a market full of devices, we build ecosystems.
In a sea of “smart home companies,” we engineer systems with intent, luxury, precision, and real integration.

This year we don’t just connect tech to walls…
we connect experience to architecture, lifestyle, and legacy.

To our partners, builders, designers, and clients in Houston and beyond:
If you expect more, we’re already drawing the plans.

New year.
New standard.
Same obsession for excellence.

Welcome 2026 — we’re ready.

Our new website goes live on New Year’s Day.

This isn’t a refresh. It’s a rebuild with purpose, clean, uncompressed, fast, and designed to reflect how luxury technology should behave.

MODMEDIA SYSTEMS exists for one reason:
to design and integrate AV + automation ecosystems that disappear into the architecture and just work with precision, power, and intention.

From private cinema rooms to intelligent lighting, distributed video, and whole-home orchestration, every system we deploy is custom-engineered, not templated.

2026 starts with a statement, not a sales pitch.

If you build, design, or integrate for the luxury residential market, the right conversations start here.

Launch day: Jan 1, 2026
Website born with the new year.
Systems built for the few who expect more.
