We were delighted to welcome Gesche Weger, CEO of Packwise, to our GETT North America facility in Houston.

Two German companies, one shared approach: reliability, quality and long-term partnerships. It's always inspiring to see how German engineering and entrepreneurial spirit connect across the Atlantic, and how Houston has become a place where this connection thrives.

GETT Joins Panel Discussion on Transatlantic Business Success

Trade, Innovation, Partnership – under this theme, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Chemnitz celebrated 200 years of economic relations between the USA and Central Germany on September 28, 2026, at the Hartmannfabrik in Chemnitz.

A highlight of the event was the panel discussion on the US experiences of Central German companies. Among the panelists: Pierre B**r, CEO of GETT GROUP, who shared insights into building and growing a US business.

North America has been a key market for GETT for years, with our own site, GETT North America LLC in Houston, Texas. The panel discussion once again highlighted how industrial cooperation between Central Germany and the USA continues to drive innovation and lasting partnerships.
