Sometimes, what’s holding your business back is what you’ve been carrying for years.
Driving through this giant Redwood, I was struck by something you don’t notice from the outside.
The tree is still alive. Still growing. Still standing.
But the center has been completely hollowed out.
And somehow, that’s a pretty good picture of what AI is doing to business.
AI is hollowing out the repetitive, inefficient and manual work that has accumulated inside organizations for years.
The goal isn’t to replace the tree.
It’s to remove what no longer needs to be there so the organization can continue to grow.
