Outbound Sales Representative (Faith-Based Education | Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S. Preferred)
Compensation: Base + Commission (Performance-Based with High Upside)

Position Overview
We are looking for a driven outbound sales representative to connect with:
• Churches
• Private schools
• Faith-based organizations
Your role is to initiate conversations, build relationships, and introduce our educational books and courses to decision-makers (pastors, administrators, program directors).
This is not a passive role. This is for someone who can:
• Pick up the phone
• Handle rejection
• Stay consistent
• Close opportunities
Responsibilities
• Cold call churches and private schools daily
• Speak with pastors, principals, and decision-makers
• Present MultiGen books and courses clearly and confidently
• Set appointments or close sales directly
• Track outreach and follow-ups
• Build long-term relationships with institutions
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and confidence on the phone
• Comfortable with cold calling (this is a MUST)
• Belief in faith-based, purpose-driven education
• Self-motivated and consistent
• Sales experience preferred (but not required if you can prove ability)
Compensation
• Performance-based structure with uncapped commission
• Bonuses for closed deals and volume
