This laptop had an issue with burning out hard drives as soon as it’s powered on. After a day of scratching our heads, we found a ribbon cable that was shorting out INSIDE the insulation. New ribbon cable and SSD - Good to go now!

On site this morning to bring a water damaged laptop back to life! Spilled something on your laptop, phone, or other electronics device? Texas I.T. Nerds can help get your devices back to full functionality! We did an ultrasonic soak on the motherboard, cleaned all parts, applied new thermal paste, and then full stess/stability test. Just about ready to put her all back together now!
