Signage ONE is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sign Shop Production Manager who knows how to take a job from the shop floor to the finished sign — and lead the team along the way.

This is not a desk-only management role. We’re looking for someone who knows signage manufacturing, understands production, and isn’t afraid to get on the floor and make things happen.

📍 Houston, TX — Fully On-Site
💰 $70K–$90K + Performance Bonus
🕐 Full-Time | Monday–Friday

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD:

🔧 Sign fabrication & production
💡 Illuminated signage & channel letters
⚙️ CNC routing & fabrication
🖨️ Wide-format printing & vinyl
⚡ Electrical / LED applications
📋 Production scheduling & workflow
📦 Materials, inventory & vendor coordination
👥 Team leadership, training & accountability
✅ Quality control & installation prep

We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of sign manufacturing experience and a strong working knowledge of commercial illuminated signage.

If you know channel letters, UL wiring, LED modules, ACM, acrylic, cabinets, vinyl, CNC routing, shop drawings and production workflows, we want to hear from you.

And if you’ve helped improve processes, increase production efficiency, manage labor, or scale a growing sign shop, even better.
