Pioneer Broadband is selling our house in Calais. We have used it for a few years while building fiber optic networks for DBU. Great house and neighborhood. We still work in Calais regularly, but no longer require the residence. We have housed as many as 9 people at a time there and hosted several business dinner parties and meetings. Great patio and big deck.

Some kayaks have been seen close to the island. If the loons feel that their nest is not safe, they will leave the eggs and we won't have any babies this year. Please stay away to protect them.

⚠️ Service Alert – Linneus Fiber Outage ⚠️

We are aware of a fiber outage currently affecting parts of Linneus due to a fire in the area. Our crews have assessed the situation and will be on site tomorrow morning to begin repair work and restore service as quickly and safely as possible.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while repairs are being completed. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
