A major milestone for emergency communications in Alabama’s Wiregrass Region!

All ten participating Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), representing 39 call-taking positions, are now live on Ryzyliant’s EDGE 9-1-1™, connecting ten centers across one region through Alabama’s statewide NG9-1-1 network, ANGEN, provided by INDIGITAL.

This deployment brings modern, resilient Next Generation 9-1-1 call handling to communities across the Wiregrass.

Ryzyliant’s NG9-1-1 Technology Now Available Through TXShare

We’re proud to announce that Ryzyliant has been awarded a TXShare contract covering NG9-1-1 Call Handling, Data Analytics, Dispatch Mapping, and Ancillary Services.

Through the TXShare cooperative purchasing program, eligible public safety agencies now have a streamlined path to access Ryzyliant’s solutions for next-generation emergency communications.

And the opportunity goes beyond Texas.

Where approved by a local jurisdiction, the TXShare contract can provide a procurement path for eligible agencies across all 50 states.

A major milestone for Ryzyliant!

We’re excited to announce that Ryzyliant has successfully completed testing with AT&T’s Next Generation Core Services (NGCS) Call Delivery Service.

That means EDGE 9-1-1™ now supports AT&T NGCS customers nationwide.

And we’re putting that capability to work.

The City of Aransas Pass, Texas, has selected Ryzyliant’s EDGE 9-1-1™ and EDGE Mapping™ solution. When Aransas Pass goes live, its emergency communications operation will be utilizing AT&T’s NGCS Call Delivery Service with Ryzyliant EDGE 9-1-1.

This is an exciting step forward in our mission to deliver resilient, flexible, next-generation technology to PSAPs across the country.
