Thursday 6:45 a.m. About 30 wireless internet members are currently without service. We'll make repairs as quickly as we can.

10:00 AM Sunday morning - We're aware that roughly 150 of our fixed wireless internet members are currently without service or experiencing intermittent disruptions, and we're sorry about that.

The cause appears to be a failed piece of equipment at the FM Tower on Elder Road. Our team did everything we could from the ground this morning, but the fix requires a tower climb, and safe tower work takes the right crew and the right conditions.

We expect service to be restored around midday tomorrow, once our techs can safely climb the tower and replace the equipment. We'll post an update here as soon as members are back online.
