Hello everyone
Those of you who have the V6 plus unit have noticed a new app labeled FIFA 2026. For all of you soccer fans that want to follow the tournament this app will have all of the games and make it easier to find them. I hope you all enjoy it.
Most likely once the games are over the app will be removed.

However I do wish they would’ve put it at the end of the row instead of the second app in.

UPDATE UPDATE
The issue has been resolved, continue on with your day.

All of the Heat apps are down at the moment. The Vsee team is aware and is currently working on getting them back up and running.
I do not have a time frame on this but in the meantime please utilize the add on app Onstream located on your top row for movies and tv series until the system has been restored.
No need to call or text me in regards to this matter. I can’t do anything about it. We just have to give them time to fix whatever the problem is. Thank you and have a great Memorial Day.

Ladies and gentlemen
The circled app in the attached photo does not come pre loaded nor is a part of this box. It is a third party app that has been added just for backup purposes. If this app isn’t working there isn’t anything I can do as they are not supported by the company that produced your unit.
You should be utilizing the provided VOD apps VOD and VOD Ultra that are located on the second row under the recommend section. Those are the VOD apps that should be your go to.

I posted this a couple weeks ago but I’m posting it again with a better representation.
There is a new V6 Pro unit out, but if you look at the attached photo you will see that it doesn’t offer as much as the V6 plus. You are losing the two additional live tv apps, and also losing the backlit remote. You also lose storage capacity by half.
Always do your research before deciding to purchase. Just because it’s a newer model doesn’t mean it’s better than the previous model.
Even the V6 Max doesn’t offer the two additional live tv apps. I hope this helps when you’re deciding what unit to choose.

Good morning everyone, all of you are waking up today to a Heat live update. Version 5.7.6 is now available to download. Please use the attached pictures as reference. When you first open your Heat live app you will be prompted with an update message.
1. Select the Upgrade tab
2. When the side menu opens turn all of the buttons blue by toggling to them and pushing the ok button to turn them from white to blue.
3. Push the back button (return button) to get back to the upgrade screen. Select upgrade again and the app will start to download.
4. After the update is finished you can either select the done or open tab. If you select done it will direct you back to the Home Screen, if you select open it will open the Heat live app.

Hopefully this will assist all of you that are nervous about what to do. Have a great day.

Good morning to all

Everyone always asks me about updates. And I always say that there are two different kinds of updates, the ones that are done automatically without you having to do anything and the ones like the attached picture that requires you to accept or deny the update.
Always accept any update the manufacturer pushes out. So for all of you that have called and messaged me concerning this update it’s okay to do the update. It will take a few minutes for it to download.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share this graph of the V6 models. The V6 Pro will be the newest model being released in the next month or so. The V6 Max and V6 Plus are already out. As you can see by the information provided the V6 Pro will have less options than either of the two models.
When new models are being released I always compare them to what we already have and make a determination of whether they are worth the investment. IMO the V6 Pro will not be worth the investment as it will not come with either of the additional 2 live apps, nor will it have the backlit remote and it only has 32GB of storage compared to 64GB with the other models.
This is why I choose not to carry the V6 Max as it has less options than the V6 Plus.
Just because it’s a newer model doesn’t make it better than a previous one.
