Services we offer include both fixed wireless and fiber-optic broadband. Our network bandwidth, throughput and latency is built to compete and we guarantee a high quality service which is measurable against industry standards.

SCHEDULED NETWORK MAINTENANCE

Our carrier team has scheduled maintenance for Monday, October 5, 2026, from 11:59 PM to 6:00 AM. Monday night is the preferred maintenance window. If the work cannot be completed during the Monday window, it will be completed on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, during the same hours.

During this maintenance, customers may experience a brief, temporary service interruption as network traffic is transitioned to backup links. We appreciate your patience as our team works to complete this maintenance and minimize any impact to service.

Additional Maintenance:
A separate maintenance window will be scheduled to address a collapsed handhole. Details regarding the date and time for this additional work will be provided once confirmed.

Hyperflex Broadband Maintenance Notice

Hyperflex Broadband will be performing fiber maintenance beginning September 2 at 11:45 PM and continuing through September 3 at approximately 5:00 AM.
This maintenance is necessary due to the widening of Highway 441 and the relocation/maintenance of our fiber infrastructure.
📍 Customers located north of Redman Morris Road may experience an interruption in internet service during this maintenance window.
We understand how important your internet connection is, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while this necessary work is completed.
