Architects - if technology is not part of the conversation by schematic design, you are setting up a problem for later.

Ceiling depths, wall assemblies, conduit pathways, mechanical room locations - all of it gets decided at SD phase. When a technology integrator is not in the room for those conversations, those decisions get made without them.
