Clayton Curtis is a blue-collar entrepreneur, lineman, and founder of Top Tier LineWorx, a rapidly growing communications construction company specializing in fiber network builds and maintenance for utility co-ops across the Midwest.
Born and raised in Missouri, Clayton grew up in a hardworking family where values like grit, responsibility, and perseverance were part of everyday life. From bucking hay and working on vehicles with his father to performing in outdoor theater productions in Branson, he learned early that success comes through dedication and hard work.
Clayton’s path wasn’t traditional. Before entering the utility industry, he pursued everything from horseback performance roles to rodeo clown training and even worked as a zookeeper. After discovering the lineman trade, he quickly rose through the ranks—from ground hand to crew leader and supervisor—before taking a leap of faith to launch his own company.
Today, Clayton leads a growing team of linemen dedicated to delivering reliable fiber infrastructure and emergency response services. Through Top Tier LineWorx, he is passionate about restoring pride in the blue-collar trades, building a culture of brotherhood among his crews, and proving that hard work, faith, and integrity can still build something meaningful that lasts.
