Location: Holland, MI – hybrid, flexible work schedules available.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/year* + benefits + four-day work week
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You Would Do in This Role:
As a Client Success Manager, you will champion client success by anticipating needs, delivering exceptional support, building user proficiency, and ensuring seamless product adoption. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and our solutions, managing deep partnerships through proactive communication, comprehensive training, responsive support, and quality user experiences. Working closely with our development team and clients, you will ensure that client needs are not only met but anticipated, so that concerns are addressed before they become problems and opportunities never get missed.
You Are Most Likely a Fit If:
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business customer support or client success.
• You have a natural ability to build rapport and engage with clients through frequent meetings and interactions. This role requires that you must be someone who thrives on personal connection and genuinely enjoys working with people daily.
• You can advocate for our client’s needs and impart a genuine commitment to exceeding client expectations and driving client outcomes within SolidCircle.
• You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to listen actively and provide actionable solutions.
• You have a strong ability to coordinate with internal teams, maintain excellence standards, and ensure seamless client experiences, from testing to implementation.
