Shared Logic

Shared Logic The Shared Logic Group offers Windows based software solutions for the Recycling Industry

Residing in the Toledo suburb of Holland, Shared Logic maintains a quiet local presence. However, should one view a Shared Logic client listing, one would see that this company influences and supports hundreds of businesses across the United States on a daily basis. Shared Logic's RIMAS NT/P program is the primary accounting and operational software for over three hundred recycling companies nationwide, extending this "small" company's reach far outside of the northwestern Ohio limits. This grouping of programmers, support technicians, office support staff, and documentation and marketing specialists led by President Stephen Brown and Exec Vice President Perry Jacobs, works together to efficiently and consistently meet the needs of recycling companies of all sizes. From organizations with three employees to those staffing over three hundred, Shared Logic has proven to be the solution to accounting, management, and document management software needs for over twenty-five years.

One of the things we're most proud of at Shared Logic is our commitment to growth.

Our team recently finished reading Dare to Lead by Brené Brown through our company book club. The book challenged us to think differently about trust, communication, accountability, and what it means to lead with courage.

Learning doesn't stop when a project is completed or a degree is earned. By investing in our team's development, we're building stronger leaders, stronger relationships, and ultimately a better experience for the customers who rely on us every day.

What book has had the biggest impact on your professional growth?
