We’ve heard you loud and clear. With the recent Spectrum acquisition of Bardstown Connect, our team has been flooded with over 200 service requests in just the last 30 days. It’s official: Nelson County is ready for a truly-local alternative - not a mega-national provider forcing you to switch to them - and we are ready to deliver.

❓ So... what’s happening now?
We are officially "boots on the ground!" We are currently building out our very first site in East Bardstown on Parkway Drive near Salt River Electric. This is just the beginning of our commitment to bringing reliable, high-speed connectivity to the community. This site will be ready to start serving customers by April 20!

📍 Where We’re Headed Next
Once the Parkway Drive site is live, we aren't slowing down. As we head toward summer, we will be rapidly branching out to serve Cox’s Creek, Fairfield, Bloomfield, Chaplin, and more!

Another great installation we did earlier this week! This customer was using fiber from another provider, but they were frustrated with how their bill was always changing each month, and just recently went up.

So they gave us a ring! We were easily able to get them a 100 x 30 connection with super low latency, just like fiber! Not only is this saving them quite a bit of money each month, but they're also supporting a local provider now that invests in their community!

Currently seeing power outages in Millerstown, Howardstown, and New Hope.

Fortunately, all of our sites are still fully online and operational. If you have generator power, you should have internet.

If anyone needs assistance or help, please reach out to us. We will help anyone as much as we can if you have storm damage, debris, etc that needs immediate attention or help.

Today, we’re at the Kentucky Capitol Building with the Kentucky Governor's School for Entrepreneurs Business Showcase! They’ve brought in 20 local businesses that participated in their program over the years!

Over a hundred elected officials are expected to stop by today. I (Cam) was a 2018 alumni of the program, and their program helped us gain valuable business knowledge that we still use today.

New business coming to Hodgenville!

Although they are not open yet, there's a new business moving into the former Arrowhead BBQ location at the intersection of Tanner Road and Lincoln Parkway in Hodgenville. They are going to be releasing an opening date soon along with new signage etc., and we will give them a shout once they have announced to their opening!

Anyways, we got them set up with some new Internet and phone service today! They have our Business Essentials package, which is a 50 x 50 connection for only $45 a month with a public IP address. They also have a business phone line which is $25 per month, no contracts.

Why should your business be paying a fortune for basic Internet and phone service? We've got you covered! If you're being charged outrageous amounts for your business service, we would love to help!

One of the very fist customers that signed up with us when we started in 2020 got a major upgrade today on Old Sonora Road in Hodgenville! They've always told us they wanted faster... faster... FASTER!

Well, we delivered on that tonight! Multi-gig backhaul to the site closest to him and a dedicated point to point to his house. We are discussing upgrading this to a Gig PTP link so he'll have true Gig symmetrical speeds!

Tonight, we started working on installing some new technology that will allow us to provide gigabit symmetrical service at some select tower sites. This is a huge step for us!

This allows us to provide the same speeds as all of the other residential fiber providers in our area, except we can do it for areas that don't and won't have fiber for a while!

This morning we've been working on a PA upgrade for the LaRue County Boys baseball field! Over the years, there's been some patchwork done just to keep the system working, but this year, the team had some budget to put into a new system, and we're donating some things as well! 

One of the great things about this system is that it has three different independent outputs. Since everything is mono, we have one output for the outfield speakers, one output for the stands, and another output for future subwoofers when we add them.

We still have some things that need to be done, such as a dedicated electrical circuit, some XLR connections on the desk, and a system processor for DSP handling, but we're off to a good start this morning.

By the time we're done, they will have a rocking system over here in preparation for their 2026 season. At some point this year, we'll probably add a couple of subs to give a good thump out here!
