What happens to a provider's documentation when their EHR goes down? 🤔

For one of our clients recently, the answer was: 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐈𝐭 𝐤𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Their EHR went offline mid-clinic. Providers kept seeing patients and kept recording visits — 𝑴𝒚𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝑺𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒆 captures and transcribes on the device itself, with no connection required. When their systems came back online, every transcript synced automatically.

Last week, we officially cut the ribbon on Jardogs.AI and celebrated the beginning of something we're incredibly proud to be building.

What made the day so special wasn't just the ribbon cutting. It was seeing our office filled with neighbors, community leaders, local businesses, friends, and supporters who believe that world-changing technology doesn't have to come from Silicon Valley.
