What a great morning of networking and learning we had last week as companies from across eastern Iowa joined the Iowa Communications Alliance for a Leadership Academy Alumni roundtable in North Liberty. We appreciate our involvement in this group, which helps generate new ideas to improve our customer and employee experiences.

We were honored to have State Senator Dawn Driscoll and ICA Broadband Advocate Daniel Stalder stop by for a visit of our Central Office today. We enjoyed the opportunity to share how our fiber network provides valuable services to customers in rural Iowa, and how this technology has improved how we do business - reducing our trouble calls, improving response times, increasing redundancy - and sets STC up for continued growth as bandwidth demand increases in rural homes and businesses. We appreciate our state legislators taking the time to understand what we do so we can continue to work together to serve our communities and neighbors.

It's football season, and a good reminder to make sure you have a tight hold on your connectivity at home and on-the-go. Don't risk a costly connectivity fumble, resulting in buffering, lag and static. Create your own plays with our packages designed to meet your team's needs no matter where you are. We specialize in internet, phone and mobile services. And don't forget we're L.O.C.A.L., which is a home team advantage in any playbook! 🏈

Thank you to everyone who donated and helped us collect toys and other items for the hospital. All donations have now been delivered, and we hope they bring a little happiness to children and families who need it.

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this first toy drive a success. We look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come!
