**Update have Removed his Phone Number**

We believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect our customers and our employees alike.

This week, we had to make the difficult decision to refuse service to a customer after several minutes of repeated profanity inside our store. Our employee remained respectful, attempted to assist the customer, and ultimately ended the interaction when it became clear the situation was no longer productive.

We will always stand behind our employees. No one should have to endure abusive or disruptive behavior while simply doing their job. We expect our team to treat every customer with courtesy, and we expect the same courtesy in return.

Because there have been public comments about this incident, we are sharing the security footage so the interaction can be viewed in its full context. We encourage everyone to watch the complete video and form their own opinion based on what actually occurred.

Thank you to the many customers who continue to treat our team with kindness and respect. We appreciate your support.
