Last week, Chris Vearling and Matt Brice attended the 2026 Northeast Technical Showcase (NETS), connecting with network operators and industry leaders to discuss the future of broadband infrastructure.
At the event, Prysmian showcased our latest high-density fiber solutions, Alesea reel-tracking capabilities, and the Channell closure and vault lineup, all designed to help customers build scalable, future-ready networks.
One theme stood out across discussions and presentations: growing demand for fiber infrastructure as AI and next-generation networks continue to evolve. As Fiber Broadband Association President Gary Bolton noted, "Fiber is the nervous system of the thinking economy."
With demand growing rapidly, Bolton urged attendees to act now to prepare for rising network needs. As AI and emerging technologies accelerate the need for faster, more connected infrastructure, innovative high-density fiber solutions will play a critical role in supporting the next generation of connectivity.
Thank you to NYSTA and PATEL, and to everyone who stopped by to connect with the Prysmian team.
