BistroBPO is looking out for an experienced WFM professional, for an international call center located in different locations worldwide, performing each of the following not limited:
1. Forecasting and analysis of historic data
2. Scheduling staff around your forecast call volumes
3. Managing on a day-to-day basis (intraday management), in case of unexpected rises in contact volumes or absenteeism
4. Creating a Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
5. Critical staff analysis via various reporting tools

Working Shift: 12:00 am on-wards (Overnight Shift)
