Eastex Telephone Cooperative is excited to serve you! We have a rich history of member-owned service, dating back to 1952 when our first two exchanges were put into service. Today, Eastex is proud to deliver top-quality broadband Internet, telephone, high-capacity data transport, wi-fi, security and automation services to thousands of subscribers across 11 counties in rural East Texas. Eastex currently serves 21 exchange areas with all digital switching equipment and nearly 6,000 route miles of network cable, with more being fiber-fed every day. The Cooperative serves the counties of Rusk, Panola, Cherokee, Shelby, Harrison, Hardin, Liberty, Tyler, San Jacinto, Polk and Walker with highly trained and committed staff operating from three regional business offices, as well as a seven-member board of directors. The directors and employees are proud of Eastex’s truly enviable growth record and are committed to providing the best telecommunications and data solutions available to its member-customers. The main business office is located in Henderson, Texas with branch offices located in Livingston and Waskom, Texas.
