𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙮 𝙁𝙞𝙫𝙚 —
part tower climber, part network geek, part customer service superhero.

For nearly three straight days, our Helena crew chased outages across the network, climbed, fixed, rerouted, and kept going while the wind refused to quit. And yes — they’re still dialing the network back in.

Behind the scenes, the entire Montana Internet team was in full support mode — watching alarms, answering calls, coordinating repairs, and making sure these guys had what they needed to keep moving.

Thank you to our hardworking and dedicated team. It’s mind blowing what you accomplish in some of the harshest conditions.

We would also like to thank NorthWestern Energy, Fire & Safety, and utility crews across Montana for the coordination and responsiveness that kept people safe.

Today, we celebrated the completion of the newest neighborhood connected to Montana Internet’s all-gig fiber network.

Our office will be closed from Wednesday, November 26 through Sunday, November 30 so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families.

We’ll reopen with normal business hours on Monday, December 1.
